Jonas and Isaac came today to trim our huge maples in our back yard. Under the trees now gets sunshine which will help with growing new grass. They also trimmed back some overgrown conifers at the side of our property. They did an amazing job and the cleanup was perfect.

Ray and his team from Rayzor Edge Tree Service delivered excellent work twice this year for us. Initially we called to remove a large tree damaged in a storm as well as prune an older tree to prevent future issues. After great service (including using a crane to safely haul the damaged tree over the house), we asked him to quote thinning 5 trees at another property including 2 large maples that were very thick and needing a good pruning to extend their lifespan. Both times Ray surveyed the situation, provided excellent advice about the best for each tree and quickly provided reasonable quotes. The 2 tree experts that did the work really cared about the health of the tree and did a great job explaining to us the choices they made when pruning. They worked safely and cleaned up the property after the job. We would definitely recommend the Rayzor Edge team to anyone wanting a knowledgeable and responsible team to care for their trees.

after hearing the commercial about this company on 570 CityNews I decided to call to get a quote. Ray came within a few days and. we decided after speaking with him that this was the company we were using. The other quotes we got were also great, but felt more confident after speaking with Ray. Today they came and thinned out and trimmed back our huge tree on the front lawn. Great great people to work with. They did an awesome job and they cleaned everything up and were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company for your tree service needs.

Ray came and quoted both our front and back tree in Kitchener. I had four other companies come to quote as well. What I found was:
1) Ray was the only one who took the time to fully evaluate both trees
2) He was the only one that noted the top of the back tree was "topped" improperly years ago
3) He was only one able to identify the problem areas, what to cut, and (more importantly) what not to cut.
Ray's quote was also the best out of all that came.
His team, on the day of the tree work, came precisely at the time they noted. I was immediately impressed by all members of the team using Bluetooth enabled protective ear gear (so that they can also communicate with each other, no matter the area in the property,), saws and gear that were all battery powered (very quiet trimming, especially when I work from home), and complete cleanup of all debris.

Rayzor Edge Tree Service recently responded to my emergency call after a severe wind storm. The crew was on the scene within two hours and had my front yard and the damaged tree cleaned up and looking great in under an hour. All three of the people who came performed professionally and considerately of everyone concerned. I was especially impressed with the manner in which the team lead dealt with the young apprentice. He acted as a teacher and mentor and treated both members of his team with respect and consideration. I would recommend them highly and intend to use their services again in the future.
