Are you Insured?
Absolutely! We are insured up to $5,000,000 commercial liability insurance.
What are your Hours of Operation?
We are a seasonal business. We operate Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm, Saturdays & Sundays we are closed (must see the family some time!). We provide 24 / 7 emergency services including storm damage.
Are estimates Free?
Always! We typically schedule our estimates appointments in the evenings and on weekends but will try to accommodate your schedule. And we are reliable - when we say we are going to show up... we show up!
Can I keep my firewood?
Of course! Your tree, your wood but you do have the option of wanting us to haul it away for you!
Do I need to be on site for the estimate?
We prefer if the customer is on site for the estimate, so that we can be clear of what your tree service needs are. If for some reason you cannot be there, we will need a clear description of what you are wanting done, along with the species and location of the tree within your property. But please understand, we may have more questions so that we are totally clear on the scope of the service. We can then email you the estimate.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, E-Transfer, or any major credit card.
When is payment due?
Not until we have completed the job and you are 100% satisfied!
Do you sell mulch, woodchips, or firewood?
We do sell bulk mulch, woodchips, and full log firewood (not split).
